If Your Content Was Removed by Mistake
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:
- Description of the removed material: Explain what was removed and where it was located on our site before removal.
- Your contact details: Include your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: Confirm that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area, or if you are outside of the United States, the jurisdiction where our service provider is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers
